Software Engineer
(C#/Azure full-stack Developer)
Uden (near Eindhoven), 32-40 hours
New legislation, more attention to green energy and sustainability, and data-driven management. The requirements that buildings must meet are becoming increasingly strict. To make all that happen, we have developed a digital platform at Rensen. As a software developer, you will have the opportunity to participate in the further development and help expand its capabilities.
Job description
Our existing applications are mostly written in C#, and we run them partly in MS Azure and on premises using VMs/docker containers. With our software, we request data from the building management systems (BMS) that we supply ourselves (backend). With this data, we provide insight into the functioning and efficiency of the (climate) installations (front-end). In recent years, our services have expanded to integrate multiple data sources into our platform like smart meters for electricity and gas use, reservation systems and energy management systems. You can help further shape our ambition with your ideas with a keen eye for quality and testability.
Learning company
At Rensen, you get a lot of freedom and room to shape your ideas and responsibilities. We are a learning company and encourage the development of our employees. We do this with personal guidance, courses, training and education. For example, do you want to get a Microsoft Certified Azure Developer Associate certification? Or take a course to learn more about the possibilities of AI? Let’s discuss your ambition! For this reason, we consider your personal motivation just as important as your resume. So even if you cannot tick all the requirements, we cordially invite you to respond. Most skills can be learned, right?
